Willam Peale
Willam was a fixture in the game of skeet in the ‘60s and ‘70s. He was on the Texas All State First Team 12 times from 1962 through 1974, with the only year he was not on the First Team being 1968; incidentally, William broke the 28th 100 x 100 in NSSA history with the .410 Bore in that year. William was Captain of the All State First Team in 1970, 1971, and 1974.
All American honors included being on the First Team in 1970 and the Second Team in 1967, 1968, and 1971. He was NSSA High Average Leader in the 410 and 28 in 1969, the 20 in 1972, and the 12 in 1973. He was second in the NSSA HOA High Average race in 1969 and 1973.
William garnered State Championships in the 28 Gauge in 1963, the .410 Bore in 1963, and the 28 Gauge in 1973. William won the HOA at the Toepperwein in 1969, 1970, 1973, and 1974. He won HOA at the Pan Am in 1966 and 1969. Additionally, he was HOA Runner-Up at the World in 1974.
